I cannot thank you enough for your exceptional support of the Melbourne Cup Fund Raising event for Harbison Care which was a huge success. It was extremely generous of you to agree to be one of our Silver sponsors on the day and then to so enthusiastically participate during the luncheon.
Harbison Care is delighted with the result and our committee are thankful that with the help of so many supportive, local businesses we raised in excess of $20 000 on the day- surpassing last year's result. This was an enormous help to Harbison Care as they need to purchase new equipment to maintain the quality of the care they give to their residents.
I am personally very grateful to you for your generosity and participation- without wonderful local people such as yourself our efforts would not be so successful. On behalf of all the Committee members I thank you sincerely for your contribution.

Bowral Mittagong Rotary Club
Charity Golf Day
Dear Cameron,
I am writing to thank you most sincerely for the generosity and support you gave to our Charity Golf Day on sunday 27th May. In all respects it was a most successful day. We had over a hundred and twenty golfers on the course, and over $24,000 was raised. As you are probably aware, all proceeds are being donated to the Children's Cancer Institute Australia and to the children's ward of Bowral Hospital.
The success and enjoyment of the event owes much to the staff of Highlands Golf Club, to my fellow Rotarian's involved with the organisation and support functions, to all the ladies who helped on the day, and to all those who so generously participated. To you all I would like to express my deepest thanks.
It was a great day. I hope that I will see you all on the Golf Course again next year!

Relay for Life
Highlands Pit Lane
Dear Cameron,
Just a short note to thank you so much for your generous donation towards our "Highlands Pit Lane" crew participating in the Southern Highlands 'Relay for Life'.
Our team raised just under $3500 which we are very proud of and only made possible with the help of people like you. The total figure for the relay again has already broken the record held by the Sutherland Shire and looks to actually reach over $300 000 which is an amazing achievement from our community.
We all had a great time and enjoyed the community spirit which was displayed on the day.

ACO performance at Milton Park
Australian Chamber orchestra- Southern Highlands
I am writing to thank you for your wonderful support of the Australian Chamber Orchestra performance at Milton Park in Bowral on May 17th. The evening was an unqualified success for the orchestra and we have received an overwhelming amount of positive comments from those who attended.
You will be pleased to know that due to the generosity of everyone who attended the evening, we were able to raise $132,000 to contribute to the ACO’s education program which, as outlined at the event, will be used to further musical education in western Sydney schools. As education is an important part of the ACO’s charter a contribution of this size goes a long way to furthering their work with children who may otherwise be deprived of such an experience.
We are all very grateful to you for your generosity and hope we can share another wonderful evening with you next year.
