- Having grown up and gone to school in Bowral, Sam has had a long association with the Highlands area. Spending most of his working life involved in the agricultural industry, foremost running sheep and cattle on his properties at both Cowra and Yass, Sam has developed a strong work ethic which he brings to the real estate industry.
Previously he worked in a national franchise ofiice as a sales agent concentrating mainly on residential sales throughout the Canberra region.
Combining his passion for farming and real estate, and having been involved with the buying and selling process, Sam believes he has developed a high level of insight and empathy towards anybody entering into the emotive issue of either purchasing or selling real estate.

Her business background is extensive in the areas of marketing, brand management, advertising, publishing, communications, public speaking and the art of negotiation. Glennis has lived in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and London, as well as spending more than three years in Paris as Director of International Communications for a major multi-national group.
Glennis entered real estate as a licensed Buyers Agent working with one of Australia's industry leaders, prior to switching to sales in early 2006
Over the past 20 years Glennis has been a regular visitor to the Southern Highlands and in 2001, with the lure of our unique countryside being too great to resist, she moved to Bundanoon. Her love of the Highlands lifestyle is the driving force behind her passionate approach to our business.

This was followed with an even greater degree of satisfaction when she sold an old (and some said ‘unsellable’) stone cottage located deep in the bush on the outskirts of Berrima for $250,000, just weeks after listing the property. With a wealth of experience in real estate Beverley started her career in Adelaide working with a multi-national agency then quickly progressed to Sydney managing some of Sydney’s most exclusive property. Later moving to the Highlands and continuing her career in property management. Your investments will be in great hands.
