The McKillop sales team has just returned from an inspirational few days of training and lectures at a leading national real estate conference. Despite endless demands on our time as a result of the continuing strong market we recognised the value in taking time out from the business of our business to listen to speakers from across the country talking about the challenges and opportunities that exist in residential real estate.
There was talk about technology and how it can improve communication with clients. It was great to see others adopting platforms similar to the McKillop ‘text for more information’ campaigns. It was exciting to see how agencies are engaging with clients by providing a deeper level of service by providing a broader range of information around finance and investing in real estate, like our booklet on self-managed super funds.
It was incredibly motivational. We have returned inspired. We have put in the time to become the best but will keep on training to ensure that we stay at the top of our game. By investing in our own professional development we are guaranteeing the best possible results for our clients. That’s why we do it. For our team achieving the right outcome for our clients is like winning Wimbledon or being first across the line in the Tour de France.
